We are seeking an experienced Paint / Wall Covering Estimator to join our fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will have experience in new construction and Tenant Improvement (TI) estimating experience. This is an extremely gratifying position. Responsibilities: 

• Conduct estimates for new construction, TI and reconstruction projects using our systems and

software

• Assist Project Mangers with pre-construction services and project setup

• Assist in preparation, review and administration of Scope of Works and materials specifications

Required Experience:

• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Detail orientated and process driven

• The ability to look at a potential project from a production standpoint

• Excellent non-calculus-based math skills

• Proficient in onscreen and field takeoffs

• Product and process knowledge

• Entry-Mid level blueprint reading and interpretation
